The Art Gallery of Greater Victoria Winter 2026-27 school tour and workshop includes three distinct exhibitions: the x is where our paths cross | On the Road: Journeys through Japanese Woodblock Prints | Into the Wosk Collection: Discovery & Wonder. Designed for elementary and secondary school groups and led by the Gallery’s education staff, the program includes insightful, inquiry-based explorations into each exhibition which highlight our connections to place and community across time. Together with a hands-on workshop activity, these three exhibitions offer students the opportunity to see how artists across centuries and cultures use their media not only to represent the world but also to transform how we perceive it.   

To further enrich your visit, the tour and workshop include a comprehensive Teacher Study Guide. This Guide features background information on the artists and the exhibitions your class will explore, along with pre- and post-tour activities to support learning.
