The path from pregnancy to motherhood is a multifaceted experience. The ‘Honest Motherhood’ workshop invites participants to explore the (dis)connections to their own pregnancy, childbirth and mothering journey. Time will be spent reflecting on how this experience informs our sense of self and can shape the direction of creative expression. Mixed media art-making activities will support the wellness of mothers who wish to explore their evolving relationship to this journey.

No art experience necessary for this creative self-care workshop!
