Step into the captivating world of historical storytelling and exploration at our gallery camp for kids aged 6–10!

Inspired by the thought-provoking art of Kent Monkman, children will embark on an imaginative journey through time and place, migration, and travel.

Through interactive activities and guided tours of the gallery exhibits, young adventurers will discover how art can be a powerful tool for telling stories and expressing ideas. Through Monkman's vibrant and evocative artwork, campers will learn about the journey of Indigenous people and culture across history.

Children will be encouraged to unleash their creativity and share their stories through art as they immerse themselves in Kent Monkman's narratives. From drawing to painting, they'll explore different techniques and mediums, finding their unique voices in the process.

Join us for a week of artistic exploration and discovery, where every brushstroke is a step towards understanding the world around us.
