All About Colour

Family Workshop | All Ages
Saturday, March 1, 2025 | 1:00pm-4:00pm
AGGV Studio | 1040 Moss Street

Instructor - David Kaarsemaker

This family workshop, open to participants of all ages, is designed to deepen your understanding of colour. Explore artists and artworks in the From Warhol to Banksy  exhibition and get inspired to create your own collage-based paintings. We’ll begin with an introduction to the building blocks of colour—hue, value, and saturation. Next, you’ll create a custom acrylic colour palette inspired by your favourite work from the exhibition. Finally, you’ll cut and assemble these colours into a unique collage.
