This family workshop, open to participants of all ages, is designed to deepen your understanding of colour. Explore artists and artworks in the From Warhol to Banksy exhibition and get inspired to create your own collage-based paintings. We’ll begin with an introduction to the building blocks of colour—hue, value, and saturation. Next, you’ll create a custom acrylic colour palette inspired by your favourite work from the exhibition. Finally, you’ll cut and assemble these colours into a unique collage.
Please note:
- This is not a drop-and-go event. At least one Caregiver must stay onsite with youth, as it’s a family program..
- Cost of this class covers one youth and one guardian.
